My work lives at the intersection of systems thinking and interaction craft. I design products that scale without losing their soul, from early-stage discovery through polished design systems.

Before shipping anything, I ask: does this reduce friction, or just rearrange it? That question drives everything from the information architecture down to the micro-copy on a button.
